  • Profile disclosures (self-declared): information you submit to satisfy participation requirements (for example, age confirmation, country, social handles, wallet address, and other requested fields).
We do not currently require government-issued IDs or proof-of-address documents to use standard features, but we may request additional verification later where needed (see Section 9).

  • Score & leaderboard data: score values, ranking criteria (e.g., score/time/difficulty), run timestamps, game identifiers.
  • Integrity/anti-fraud signals: signals reasonably needed to enforce fairness and prevent abuse (e.g., rate limits, multi-account signals, suspicious patterns, prohibited automation detection outside the Agent Category).
  • Signup & security metadata: When you create an account (and, where relevant, when you sign in or perform sensitive actions like withdrawals), we may record your IP address, approximate location/country inferred from IP (e.g., via network headers such as Cloudflare country codes), and user agent as integrity and security signals.

  • Cookies / similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, analytics, security, and (if enabled later) advertising.

Legal and compliance

  • comply with lawful requests, court orders, and regulatory obligations
  • maintain records required for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process data under one or more of:

  • Contract/necessity: to provide the Services you requested (account, gameplay tracking, leaderboards).
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the platform, prevent fraud/cheating, and improve Services.
  • Consent: for certain cookies, marketing communications, or optional profile fields (where required by law).
  • Legal obligation: where KYC/AML, sanctions compliance, tax, or other obligations apply.

6. Cookies, Google Analytics, and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage or pixel tags) for:

6.1 Essential cookies (App)

These are needed for core features:

  • login/authentication and session management
  • security protections (e.g., preventing abuse and request forgery)
  • basic platform functionality (e.g., navigation and load balancing)

If you block essential cookies, parts of the App may not function.

Our security providers may set strictly necessary cookies and process basic request metadata (such as IP and user agent) to protect the Service.

6.2 Analytics cookies (App + Blog) — Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the App and Blog (e.g., page views, session duration, feature usage, traffic sources). This helps us improve performance, user experience, and content.

Google Analytics may collect data such as:

  • pages visited and events (clicks, navigation, basic interactions)
  • approximate location inferred from IP address
  • device/browser information

Your choices:

  • You can limit cookies via your browser settings.
  • You can use Google’s opt-out tools (for example, the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on) and Google’s privacy controls, where available.
  • Where we provide a cookie banner/consent tool, you can adjust analytics preferences there.

6.3 Advertising (not currently enabled) — possible future AdSense

We may enable advertising in the future (including Google AdSense). If we do, ad technology may use cookies or advertising identifiers to:

  • measure ad performance,
  • prevent fraud,
  • and (depending on configuration and law) show contextual or personalized ads.

If/when AdSense is enabled, we will update this Privacy Policy and (where legally required) present additional consent controls and disclosures (including ad personalization options).

6.4 Blog comment cookies

If the Blog offers “remember me” functionality for comments, your browser may store cookies to save your name/email/website for future commenting convenience. You can clear these at any time in your browser.

7. Public information and leaderboards

CryptoPlayerOne is built around competition and visibility. As a result:

  • your username/display name, profile avatar (if any), and leaderboard positions may be publicly visible.
  • in some views, the platform may show reward totals or points as part of ranking.

If you want to minimize exposure, choose a display name that does not reveal your real identity and avoid adding identifying information to your public profile.

8. Blockchain and wallet privacy

If you receive crypto payouts, transactions occur on public blockchains. Public wallet addresses and on-chain transfers may be visible to anyone and can be used to infer transaction history. This is outside our control.

9. How we share information

We may share personal data with:

9.1 Service providers (processors)

We use vendors that help us operate the Services, including:

  • hosting/infrastructure providers
  • logging/monitoring/CDN/DDoS and security providers (e.g., Cloudflare)
  • email delivery providers
  • analytics providers (including Google Analytics)
  • customer support tooling

These providers process data only under our instructions and for the purposes described in this Policy.

9.2 Advertising partners (only if enabled later)

If we enable AdSense or similar advertising, we may share limited data required to serve and measure ads (subject to law, configuration, and user consent where required). We will update this Policy if/when advertising is enabled.

9.3 Verification and compliance providers (limited; when required)

At present, we generally rely on self-declared profile disclosures and platform integrity checks. We do not routinely collect government IDs for standard usage.
However, we may use limited verification steps or third-party checks where necessary to:

  • prevent fraud and abuse,
  • enforce age/eligibility rules,
  • protect reward pools and platform integrity,
  • comply with legal obligations (for example, if withdrawal activity, suspicious behavior, or regulatory requirements require stronger verification).

If additional verification is needed, we will request it explicitly and explain what is required.

9.4 Legal and safety

We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud/security issues, or protect rights and safety.

9.5 Business transfers

If EYE3 GROUP Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection.

10. International data transfers

We operate from Hong Kong, and our service providers may be located in other countries. Your information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own. We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest, and we use contractual and technical safeguards where appropriate.

11. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including:

  • while your account is active,
  • as needed to provide services and maintain leaderboards,
  • to comply with legal obligations (accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution),
  • to enforce rules and prevent repeat abuse.

Typical examples:

  • Account/profile data: retained until deletion request (subject to exceptions below).
  • Gameplay/anti-fraud logs: retained for a limited period appropriate for integrity investigations, enforce rules, or comply with legal/accounting obligations related to rewards/payouts.
  • Rewards/payout records: retained longer for accounting, auditing, and fraud prevention.

If you request deletion, we may retain certain records where required by law or where necessary to protect the platform (e.g., fraud/abuse prevention and financial recordkeeping).

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data (access controls, least-privilege, monitoring, encryption where appropriate). No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for using strong passwords and protecting your devices and wallet credentials.

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • access your personal data,
  • correct inaccurate data,
  • delete data (with exceptions),
  • object to or restrict certain processing,
  • withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent),
  • receive a copy of your data (data portability, where applicable).

To make a request, contact us through the support/contact method published in the App or Company site, and include enough information to verify you own the account.

Email preferences

If you receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email. Service/transactional emails may still be sent (e.g., security notices).

14. Children

CryptoPlayerOne is not intended for children. If you are under the age required by our Terms (typically 18+), do not use the Services. If we learn a minor has provided personal data, we may delete it and terminate the account.

15. Third-party links and embedded content

The App and Blog may link to third-party sites (games, wallets, social networks) or embed third-party content. Those third parties have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their policies or content.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

When we enable AdSense (or any ad personalization features), we may need to add:

  • a dedicated Cookie Policy
  • region-specific disclosures (EEA/UK consent, California notices, etc.)
  • ad personalization controls and consent flows
