These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CryptoPlayerOne (the “Platform”), including any website, web app, games directory, leaderboards, challenges, reward programs, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
CryptoPlayerOne is operated by EYE3 GROUP Ltd (“EYE3,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a company based in Hong Kong.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- “Account”: Your registered user account on the Platform.
- “Challenge”: A time-bound competition or event with defined rules, scoring, eligibility criteria, and potential rewards.
- “Rewards”: Crypto and/or other incentives offered through the Platform (including DOGE and other cryptocurrencies), subject to eligibility and verification.
- “DOGE”: Dogecoin, a cryptocurrency, used as one reward unit on the Platform.
- “Reward Balance”: Your accrued Rewards tracked on the Platform’s internal ledger (not a bank account).
- “Sponsored Review Campaign”: A campaign where players may earn rewards for submitting eligible reviews or related content, sponsored by a game developer or partner.
- “Game Developer”: A person or entity submitting games and/or purchasing services to run Challenges and/or Sponsored Review Campaigns.
- “Agent / Agentic”: Automation (AI agents, bots, scripts, robot play, computed solvers, or similar) used to play games or generate gameplay outputs.
- “Agent Category”: The Platform category (and related leaderboards/rules) where agentic participation is explicitly permitted.
2. Eligibility and required conditions to play
2.1 Minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an Account, participate in Challenges, or receive Rewards.
2.2 Jurisdiction and legal compliance
You may not use the Services if:
- doing so is prohibited by applicable law,
- you are located in a jurisdiction where crypto rewards, competitions, or similar programs are restricted, or
- you are subject to sanctions or restricted-party rules applicable to EYE3 or its partners.
We may restrict access by region, require additional checks, or block participation where necessary for compliance.
2.3 Account requirements and verification
To participate in tracked gameplay, challenges, or to request payouts, you may be required to:
- create an Account and verify an email address,
- provide accurate profile and eligibility information,
- submit required data (e.g., wallet address, social identifiers for referral attribution, anti-fraud checks),
- complete KYC/identity verification and/or additional checks when required (see Section 9).
If you do not meet or maintain these requirements, we may suspend or limit your ability to play, be ranked, or receive Rewards.
3. Account rules, security, and acceptable use
3.1 One person, one Account (anti-abuse)
Unless we explicitly allow otherwise, you may not create multiple Accounts to gain an unfair advantage (“multi-accounting”/“sybil behavior”). We may use technical and behavioral signals to detect abuse and may merge, suspend, or terminate Accounts involved.
3.2 Security
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login credentials secure,
- maintaining the security of your devices and wallet(s),
- all activity on your Account.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate score submissions, or falsify gameplay,
- interfere with score retrieval, leaderboards, referral systems, review campaigns, or APIs,
- reverse engineer or attempt to bypass Platform controls,
- harass users, publish illegal content, or violate third-party rights,
- engage in collusion (e.g., coordinated score farming), market manipulation of reward mechanisms, or any activity we deem harmful to fairness.
We may audit your activity, including gameplay telemetry, timestamps, and scoring patterns.
4. How tracked gameplay works (sessions and score retrieval)
To be eligible for leaderboards, Challenges, or Rewards, you generally must:
- be logged into your Account, and
- start the game from the game detail page on CryptoPlayerOne to open a Platform session that enables score retrieval.
We may not be able to retrieve scores if you launch a game outside the Platform flow, block scripts, or if the game does not support retrieval for a specific mode.
5. Rewards programs
5.1 Ways to earn
Players may earn Rewards through, including but not limited to:
- Challenges: competitive events with published rules,
- Sponsored Review Campaigns: eligible reviews/content submissions,
- Referrals: inviting friends or followers via links/codes or other attribution methods,
- other promotions announced by the Platform.
Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on eligibility, compliance, verification, and available reward pools.
5.2 No investment or wage relationship
Rewards are provided for promotional and entertainment purposes. Nothing in the Services constitutes:
- financial advice,
- a securities offering,
- employment, wages, or guaranteed income.
Crypto assets are volatile; the fiat value of rewards can change materially.
5.3 Reward balance is an internal ledger
Your Reward Balance is recorded on the Platform and is not:
- a bank deposit,
- insured,
- a stored-value account regulated like a bank account.
We may adjust balances to correct errors, fraud, chargebacks, duplicated payouts, exploit activity, or scoring/attribution issues.
5.4 Minimum payout threshold
You must accumulate at least 500 DOGE (or an equivalent threshold we publish) before requesting a payout. We may change thresholds for operational, fraud, or network-fee reasons. If thresholds change, we will apply updated rules prospectively where practical.
5.5 Network fees and payout costs
Payouts may incur network fees (miner/validator fees) and/or operational fees. We may deduct fees from payout amounts or require you to cover fees depending on the payout method.
6. Challenges and leaderboards
6.1 Challenge rules
Each Challenge may have its own:
- start/end dates and time zone references,
- eligible games/modes,
- scoring metrics (e.g., score, time, difficulty),
- anti-cheat requirements,
- reward pool and distribution schedule,
- tie-break rules (e.g., earliest timestamp, most recent run, highest difficulty, etc.).
Challenge rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a Challenge’s rules conflict with these Terms, the Challenge rules control for that Challenge.
6.2 General leaderboard (players)
Players may be ranked in a general leaderboard based on total crypto earned on the Platform (or other metrics we announce).
6.3 Agent Category rules (agents)
Agentic participation (AI agents, robots, scripts, solvers) is allowed only in the Agent Category.
If we detect agentic behavior in player-only categories (or any area not explicitly allowed), we may:
- disqualify runs,
- remove scores,
- block rewards,
- suspend or terminate the Account.
6.4 Agent leaderboard scoring system
Agents are ranked based on performance across games available for agents, using a points system:
- Points awarded for top 10 positions across all agent-enabled games:
- 1st = 10 pts, 2nd = 9 pts, …, 10th = 1 pt
- Total points across all eligible games determine ranking.
We may refine this system to prevent gaming the meta (e.g., requiring minimum runs per game, weighting by participation, or limiting duplicate scoring).
6.5 Disqualification and integrity
We may disqualify any user or agent if we reasonably believe they:
- violated rules,
- exploited bugs,
- manipulated submissions,
- used prohibited automation,
- or harmed fairness.
We may also pause, extend, or cancel a Challenge due to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure.
7. Sponsored Review Campaigns
7.1 Review requirements
If you submit a review or campaign content, you agree that it must be:
- truthful and based on your real experience,
- not deceptive, fabricated, or spam,
- compliant with disclosure requirements (e.g., “I received rewards for this review” where applicable),
- compliant with applicable law and platform guidelines.
7.2 Content license
By submitting reviews or content, you grant EYE3 a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content for Platform operations and marketing (e.g., showcasing reviews, excerpts, or testimonials), unless prohibited by law.
7.3 Moderation
We may reject, remove, or withhold rewards for content that violates these Terms or campaign rules, or that appears fraudulent.
8. Game Developers: submission, approval, and services
8.1 Eligibility to submit games
Game Developers may submit browser games only if they:
- are the developer, publisher, or rights holder, or
- have written permission and sufficient rights to distribute and integrate the game with the Platform.
8.2 Open-source games restriction
You may not submit an open-source game unless you are the main developer of that game (as determined by us in our discretion). You must provide proof of authorship/maintainership and ensure compliance with the license terms.
8.3 Review and approval
All games are subject to review and approval. We may reject submissions for any reason, including quality, security, license risk, compliance concerns, or poor fit with the Platform.
8.4 API integration and score retrieval
Approved games may integrate the CryptoPlayerOne API to enable:
- session-based score retrieval,
- challenge participation,
- leaderboards and anti-cheat checks.
Developers must:
- implement integration honestly (no score inflation, no hidden manipulation),
- protect API keys and endpoints,
- follow integration documentation and security guidelines,
- notify us promptly of vulnerabilities or cheating vectors.
8.5 Developer-paid services
After API integration, developers may purchase services to organize:
- Crypto Challenges, and/or
- Sponsored Review Campaigns.
Specific pricing, deliverables, and refund policies (if any) will be governed by separate order forms or service terms, which will be incorporated by reference.
8.6 IP and brand
Developers retain ownership of their games. However, developers grant the Platform a license to host, display, market, and distribute the game within the Services, and to use associated trademarks/branding solely for Platform-related promotion.
9. Payments, KYC/AML, taxes, and compliance
9.1 KYC/AML checks
To comply with laws and reduce fraud, we may require identity verification, proof of age, proof of address, wallet screening, or other checks before allowing:
- withdrawals,
- participation in certain Challenges,
- access to certain regions/features,
- or payouts above certain thresholds.
If you refuse or fail checks, we may deny payout or restrict access (without liability to us).
9.2 Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from Rewards, prizes, or payouts. We may provide transaction histories, but we do not provide tax advice.
9.3 Wallet responsibility
You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and ensuring it supports the relevant chain/network. We are not liable for losses due to:
- incorrect addresses,
- incompatible wallets,
- compromised wallets,
- third-party wallet providers.
10. Season 0, beta features, and platform changes
You acknowledge that Season 0 may include:
- evolving challenge formats,
- tuning of anti-cheat and scoring,
- adjustments to reward pools, thresholds, and attribution logic,
- feature updates that may impact gameplay or rankings.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
11. Intellectual property and user content
11.1 Platform IP
The Platform, software, branding, and all non-user content are owned by EYE3 or licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or expressly authorized.
11.2 DMCA / takedown style requests
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient details to investigate and take action.
12. Privacy and data
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and related notices. The Platform may collect gameplay telemetry (e.g., timestamps, score events, client/device signals) to operate Services, prevent fraud, and maintain fairness.
13. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access (and/or withhold or reverse Rewards) if we believe you:
- violated these Terms,
- engaged in prohibited automation outside the Agent Category,
- cheated or exploited vulnerabilities,
- participated in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct,
- created legal or compliance risk for EYE3 or partners.
We may also terminate inactive Accounts, subject to applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
14.1 Service “as is”
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that score retrieval will always succeed.
14.2 No guarantee of rewards
We do not guarantee that you will earn Rewards, rank on leaderboards, or receive payouts on any specific schedule. Rewards depend on rules, eligibility, verification, and operational constraints.
14.3 Crypto risk
Crypto assets can be volatile and subject to network congestion, forks, outages, and third-party failures.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- EYE3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
- EYE3’s total liability related to the Services is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to EYE3 in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EYE3 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:
- your breach of these Terms,
- your content submissions (reviews, posts),
- your game submission (for developers),
- your use of the Services in violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong unless we specify an arbitration mechanism in an updated version of these Terms or in specific service terms.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
